Dedicated To Helping Students Achieve Their Full Potential
Opening Doors To Education in the Caribbean
Think and Grow Rich Caribbean Scholarship Foundation (TGRCSF) is dedicated to bringing higher education within the reach of children in the Caribbean.
Founded by Think and Grow Rich Caribbean – an organization committed to creating a radical shift in the way people think about what is possible in their lives – we sponsor scholarship and grant plans that help families in the Caribbean fund their tertiary education.
We believe that all children should have the financial resources to pursue their educational goals. Our vision is a reflection of our deepest and most cherished belief: that education and knowledge enrich the human experience and should be accessible to everyone.
Our History
Think and Grow Rich Scholarship Foundation was created by Rosetta Qadhi, President & CEO of Think and Grow Rich Caribbean (TGRC). The Foundation is a natural extension of Think and Grow Rich Caribbean’s mission, which include:
- Generating a radical shift in the way people think about what is possible in their lives; ultimately leading to a transformation that brings increased prosperity, happiness and harmony to the world.
- Giving people the tools they need to harness the power of their minds so that their actions and behaviour will not only lead to their own happiness, but will inspire and enrich the lives of others.
- Creating a world where success is within everyone’s grasp.
TGRC believes that education creates a mindset that removes limitations and that financial circumstances should not prevent children from achieving success. As a result, the Scholarship Foundation was developed with the goal of uplifting children from the chains of poverty, failure and limited beliefs by opening the doors of opportunity for them.
What We Stand For
Our Founders
Rosetta Qadhi
President, Think and Grow Rich Caribbean Scholarship Foundation
Rosetta believes that a happy, successful life is accessible to any child when they are given the proper tools and instilled with a positive mindset. It is this passion that compelled her to begin the Think and Grow Rich Caribbean Scholarship Foundation.
While she is now a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur, she’s no stranger to poverty. She still remembers the days when she only ate one meal a day because it was the most her working class parents could afford. It was at a very young age that Rosetta decided she was going to change her circumstances so that she could assist others in changing theirs. She started Think & Grow Rich Caribbean so that she could help people in her country lift themselves out of poverty and unhappiness, and take control of their destiny.
Rosetta’s work is guided by her mission to advance learning and promote financial inclusion for people living in poverty, and dedicated to build a world where everyone has the opportunity to learn and prosper.
ADRIANA JARRETT
Vice President, Think and Grow Rich Caribbean Scholarship Foundation
Living by the philosophy, “nothing is impossible”, Adriana believes that everyone is fully capable to achieving their dreams and aspirations.
Adriana has developed a passion for helping under privileged children to get the education they need, as she believes education is the key to success. She did not grow up as fortunate as others to have paid her way through college without any difficulties. She has garnered help through her aunt, friends, scholarships, grants and working menial jobs to get by and through her tertiary education; and so, Adriana understands what it is like to be in such a position and is focused on decreasing the number of students that faces this issue through the Think and Grow Rich Caribbean Scholarship Foundation.
Adriana’s vision for the foundation, is to increase the donations raised annually, to award more recipients scholarships and grants on a wider scale.
